Bio

I am currently the Producer and Host of the global hospitality podcast 50 Shades of Hospitality, an educational podcast for hospitality institutions, educators and students. I have been an educator for over 40 years and continue to teach in Geneva and Lausanne Switzerland. I have taught in several prestigious schools Swiss such as the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, Glion Hospitality Institute of Higher Education and the Ecole Hôtelière de Geneve.
